Oxysphair, a part of the German family company Messer, is today both a pioneer and an important player in the field of respiratory assistance in hospitals and at home. We are now in the search of an additional person whose values are: service, excellence and “fun” in the company.
De Rol
- Sales of high-quality service and medical devices within the hospital department
- Sales of home service on oxygen, CPAP and NIV- therapy at home
- Application support and advice to our existing and future customers
- Prospecting for new clients and projects
To be able to do so, you need to
- Create and execute a significant pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Build and sustain relationships founded on trust and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze the competition and the market and if needed adapt the strategy
- Introduce new products in a constantly evolving market
- Promote, demonstrate and install the various products distributed by the company in the pneumology departments
This person will also be responsible for
- Customer training for users (doctors, nurses, etc.)
- Fulfillment of the various administrative tasks necessary for the good performance of the service
Jouw Profiel
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch, French & English are nice-to-have
- You hold at least a Bachelor diploma or equivalent by experience (sales, nurse, physiotherapist)
- Experience in non-invasive or mechanical ventilation is a bonus
- You have excellent presentation and persuasive communication skills
- You are able to have effective interaction with all levels of internal and external staff in problem solving
- Business savvy with strong commercial mindset
- You have good knowledge of the medical sector and the functioning of hospital services
- You have a network of contacts within the pneumology department (purchasing departments of hospitals is a bonus)
- You are gifted with good assertiveness, and you communicate easily
- You have a good team spirit and are customer service oriented
- You have a great sense of engagement, you are autonomous and resourceful
- You have the ability to engage, involve and influence cross functional teams to drive the required outcome
- You learn from past experiences, share knowledge with others and applies it to new challenges and environment
- You are performance oriented and able to work to deliver the agreed targets
- You are comfortable using the IT tools (Office Pack)
